Catalyst
Launch.

Identify what is actually limiting you, then build a personalized training phase around the priority that will move you forward.

Who it is for

Start with the priority that matters most.

Catalyst Launch is the entry point into Performance Catalyst coaching: one personalized eight-week phase that identifies the right starting priority and proves the training process. The $349 introductory phase is available once per client.

  • You have several possible goals and need help choosing the highest-value starting point.
  • You want strength, mobility, bodyweight skill, or athletic work organized around your real schedule.
  • You want technique feedback and weekly adjustments organized around your schedule.
  • You can complete the intake, requested baselines, weekly training, and check-ins.

The eight-week coaching block

Assessment becomes action.

The structure is consistent. The exercises, priorities, schedule, and progression decisions are individual.

Weeks 1–2

Assess and prioritize

Establish the starting point, identify the highest-value constraint, and organize the first training phase.

Weeks 3–4

Build ownership

Develop repeatable strength, control, range, or skill around the selected priority.

Weeks 5–6

Progress the demand

Advance the plan from your check-ins, technique, recovery, and measurable response.

Weeks 7–8

Express, reassess, and decide

Consolidate the work, repeat the relevant baselines, and decide whether to finish or graduate into ongoing one-on-one coaching.
