Who we help

Build body autonomy.

Performance Catalyst is for adults who refuse to accept that strength, range, power, speed, skill, and body mastery can’t continue to be developed and improved.

Capacity has no expiration date.

Strength, range, power, speed, and skill remain trainable until you die. Start with your current capacity—the sky is the limit.

01

The entry point is individual

Training starts with an honest assessment of current capacity, training history, constraints, and the standard you want to reach.

02

Build force that transfers

Develop strength and power through the positions, velocities, and ranges that support your sport, recreation, work, and life.

03

Acquire usable range

Build mobility and flexibility you can actively control while supporting your performance and the activities you value.

04

Rebuild athletic qualities

Speed, power, coordination, and elasticity are trainable qualities. Age changes the dosage; it does not erase the adaptation.

05

Earn bodyweight skill

Advanced positions are earned through relative strength, leverage, spatial awareness, and accumulated practice.

06

Train the limiting factor

Replace exercise collecting with a system that targets what is holding the outcome back and progresses when the evidence says it should.

When we started, I could not turn in my seat to look behind the car while parking. Now I can look behind me without relying on the rearview camera, and I can tie my shoes without bending my knees—a fun little flex.
